What you will do

• Analyze regulatory capital components and perform variance reviews.
• Communicate key financial drivers and capital impacts to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering and revenue teams to identify and remediate control gaps.
• Develop and maintain sustainable, long-term financial workflows.
• Create training materials and resources for daily regulatory reporting metrics.
• Present complex data through memos, meetings, and visual presentations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting with 1 year of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Strong experience in data analysis, troubleshooting discrepancies, and financial ratios.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA and handling large datasets.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
