What you will do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for production costs, overhead, and capital expenditures.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, identify drivers, and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for operational decisions.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams on financial guidance.
- Conduct variance analysis and support ad-hoc financial modeling projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling; advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
