What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for production costs, overhead, and capital expenditures.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, identify drivers, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for operational decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams on financial guidance.
• Conduct variance analysis and support ad-hoc financial modeling projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
