What you will do

• Prepare and review loan agreements and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with customers, sales teams, and lenders to facilitate account setup and credit reviews.
• Conduct customer risk assessments and analyze the impact of credit terms on profitability and cash flow.
• Process financial data timely and accurately to support credit decisions.
• Drive productivity improvements by streamlining credit processes and procedures.
• Manage administrative support for charge-offs, bankruptcies, and deceased customers.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related business experience.
• 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably within the banking or agriculture industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to initiate creative solutions to business issues.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Des Moines, Iowa, United States.
