Salary: $116,000 - $197,200 per year

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a large corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA 3 days per week.
• Must be prepared to pass a drug test and background check.
