Organizational Effectiveness Partner

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work with at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Design and evolve globally consistent organizational effectiveness methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Advise HR and business leaders on organizational challenges, change adoption, and performance improvement.
• Lead end-to-end interventions covering diagnostics, design, facilitation, coaching, measurement, and follow-up.
• Assess organizational and team dynamics using observation, assessments, and data to identify root causes.
• Facilitate team interventions and leadership programs, provide executive coaching, and administer or debrief assessments.
• Develop executive presentations, reports, evaluation metrics, and continuous improvement practices while partnering across a global matrixed environment.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in HR, Talent, or Organizational Development within complex, global, matrixed environments.
• Experience partnering with HR and senior leaders on change adoption and organizational challenges.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of organizational effectiveness frameworks, team dynamics, diagnostics, change models, and leadership methodologies.
• Strategic and systems-thinking mindset with strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high integrity and operate effectively at senior levels.

Nice to have

• Relevant consulting or coaching certifications.
• Experience using psychometric assessments.
• Experience partnering with external vendors.
