Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Warren, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days minimum in office)

Salary: $137,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and deliver high-priority HR transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Apply structured problem-solving to improve organizational effectiveness, scalability, and ways of working.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between HR, Finance, IT, and business units to accelerate strategic progress.
• Establish project governance, workstreams, and accountability mechanisms to ensure successful delivery.
• Support enterprise priorities including talent strategy, workforce planning, and HR modernization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, project leadership, or organizational effectiveness.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong ability to influence senior executives and manage competing stakeholder priorities.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen capabilities.
• Must be able to work on-site in Warren, NJ at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience as an HRBP or in Talent Management.
• Background in management consulting, PMO, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
