Salary: $117,200 – $233,680 (varies by location)

What you will do

• Lead the RMS R3 1LMX data cleansing and testing initiative.
• Coordinate process and data transformation across 1LMX value streams.
• Collaborate with business area representatives, functional teams, and enterprise teams.
• Assess functional requirements and technology roadmaps.
• Drive strategic initiatives and lead change management assignments.
• Work with technical developers to ensure effective solutioning within the ERP system.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required due to program requirements.
• Experience in Finance and Business Operations processes.
• Experience with technical solutioning within ERP systems.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the year.
• Demonstrated experience driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large integrated ERP implementations.
• Familiarity with the Agile framework.
