What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Configure, customize, and optimize ERP applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Design and execute unit, integration, and regression testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop user guides and deliver training sessions to promote system adoption and data integrity.
• Collaborate with software vendors and internal developers for advanced customizations and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and delivering application configurations.
• Must be based in the United States.
