What you will do

• Act as a liaison between IT and Finance business leaders for assigned units and vendors, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Oversee functional and technical design of financial systems, including configuration, application development, and support for global SAP deployments and improvements.
• Design comprehensive test plans covering infrastructure, security, technical developments, and functional configurations; provide actionable enhancement recommendations.
• Lead design sessions and feasibility studies for new systems, including buy-vs-build decisions and third-party/vendor selection.
• Drive ERP platform readiness through design, development, testing, and change management for strategic initiatives.
• Manage project schedules and delivery (small to large), including stakeholder/budget management, operational metrics reporting, and team development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience supporting SAP FI/CO modules, including integration knowledge in SAP SD and MM.
• Deep knowledge of SAP financial processes (e.g., General Ledger, Closing, Tax, A/R, A/P, Cost Elements, Profit Center Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Investment Management in SAP ECC); familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Experience with web services and system integrations.
• Proven experience managing SAP ERP implementations and migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA with compliance to local regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies; familiarity with Waterfall is required.
• Experience with IT ticketing/support systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Smartsheet in a service desk/help desk environment; ability to be available 24/7 in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• PMP and/or CSM certification.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
• Basic technical knowledge of financial processes.
