Business System Analysis Manager (SAP)

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of financial planning, headcount, and operational planning solutions using SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Translate complex business processes into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
• Configure processes, develop reports, and create templates for FP&A activities.
• Participate in solution architecture, implementation, rollouts, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions and apply best practices.
• Provide production support and serve as a trusted internal advisor for key business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with ERP FP&A systems (SAC, Anaplan, OneStream, etc.) at a lead or architect level.
• Proven experience implementing BPC or similar FP&A solutions, including configuration, logic, and computations.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, consolidated financial reporting).
• Ability to work flexible hours to support global users and willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ERP (FICO, BW, S4/HANA) or SAP Datasphere.
• Background in Media & Entertainment accounting or GAAP/IFRS principles.
• Familiarity with BI reporting tools like SAP BusinessObjects or Analysis for Office.
• Project management experience using MS Project.
