Business Analyst (Oracle Finance)

What you will do

• Partner with GPOs and stakeholders to map financial and R2R processes within the ERP landscape.
• Define technical designs for customizations, extensions, and integrations aligned with accounting requirements.
• Oversee development activities to ensure compliance with quality, architecture, and performance standards.
• Analyse and document business requirements, epics, user stories, and functional designs.
• Support testing cycles, UAT activities, and provide functional support to Service Managers.
• Maintain visibility over backlog items, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or IT/Computer Science with hands-on experience.
• Strong business analysis skills including process modelling and requirements documentation.
• Proven experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules.
• Familiarity with banking file formats and integration tools like APRO Banking Gateway.
• Understanding of software lifecycle, quality, security, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, DevOps, or Lean methodologies.
• Basic programming exposure.
