What you will do

• Perform advanced data analytics to advise on underwriting strategies, loan pricing, and origination.
• Take ownership of credit policy documentation and enhance processes to mitigate risk.
• Design and monitor key KPIs to provide insights into the credit lifecycle.
• Maintain quality control and validation of risk processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Product, and Sales to launch new credit products.
• Develop business insights and communicate proposals to C-level audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, econometrics, decision sciences, or engineering).
• 3+ years of experience in credit analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit and lending.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
