What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters, performance management, and compensation.
- Advise leadership on organizational design and employee engagement strategies to align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement solutions for employee relations issues while ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights on performance, retention, and salary adjustments.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage immigration-related documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data privacy compliance.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Extensive knowledge of California, federal, and local employment laws (ADA, FLSA, EEOC, Title VII).
- Proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday, Oracle) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
