Procurement Operations Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in San Jose, California, USA, with office attendance three days per week.

Base salary: $118,000–$148,000 USD per year, excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Process and manage procurement requests from intake through completion in Coupa, Jira, and related systems.
• Support purchase orders and data center services, including colocation, IP transit, interconnects, blanket purchase orders, and renewals.
• Track requests against SLA expectations and follow up on missing information, approvals, and blockers.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation, billing and payment inquiries, Finance coordination, and request tracking in Asana.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and process documentation while reconciling data and improving workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement operations, order management, or a similar operational role.
• Experience with Coupa and workflow or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Ironclad, and Google Workspace.
• Experience supporting procure-to-pay workflows, preferably for data center-related or infrastructure services.
• Familiarity with contract and billing terms, including MRC and NRC, and experience supporting billing validation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, communication, organizational, spreadsheet, and reporting skills.
• Active exploration and practical use of AI tools to improve workflows and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong critical thinking, judgment, initiative, and ownership of outcomes.
• Experience organizing high volumes of project communications and documentation.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
