What you will do

• Scope customer analysis requests and produce studies and results within agreed deadlines using SQL, R, and Python.
• Collaborate with life sciences customers to support peer-reviewed publications and provide technical analytics support.
• Work directly with customers to wrangle and analyze data using SQL, R, and Python on Real World Data (RWD) to answer empirical research questions.
• Write regex queries using Databricks SQL to extract clinical concepts from clinical notes per customer requests.
• Create enablement materials as the platform evolves and onboard new researchers to new capabilities.
• Investigate data sources with internal teams to demonstrate data veracity and feed customer-driven insights into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate education in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics, or a related field.
• Experience working with large databases containing millions of patients’ data.
• 3+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record (EHR) data or other Real World Data sources in life sciences companies, CROs, EHR data companies, or healthcare using SQL, R, and Python.
• 2+ years of experience working with life sciences customers to deliver high-quality research analyses.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment, including learning new/internal proprietary coding languages to analyze data and build cohorts.
• Work authorization: must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global cannot sponsor work visas or permits (e.g., F-1 OPT, H-1B).
