What you will do

• Partner with engineering teams to build data pipelines, AI-ready models, and dashboards that accelerate trend analysis.
• Perform deep-dive data discovery to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Develop and track key performance indicators to monitor business health and drive a data-centric culture.
• Implement data-driven strategies to optimize business growth and operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify business anomalies and generate actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Manage end-to-end data workflows independently while contributing to a scalable data foundation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of combined academic and industry experience in quantitative fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, QuickSight), and scripting languages (Python, R).
• Hands-on experience with AI-native tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Claude Cowork.
• Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and build production-ready workflows.
• Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Basic frontend development skills (JavaScript, React).
• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
