TL;DR
Financial Accounting (SaaS): Owning key components of the monthly close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support with an accent on US GAAP and audit-ready processes. Focus on building internal controls and ensuring IPO readiness in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote (Global). Optional office presence in Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

What you will do
- Own key components of the monthly close, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage inter-company transactions and provide financial reporting support.
- Collaborate with the Controller and broader Finance function to build audit-ready processes.
- Help the company scale across multiple entities and geographies toward IPO readiness.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle close, flux analysis, and variance commentary.
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment.
- Exposure to building internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes.
- CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or in progress).
- Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation.
