What you will do

• Implement and maintain EHS&S compliance management systems and work processes.
• Coordinate site security and emergency response efforts in partnership with local agencies.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Support contractor compliance with site safety standards.
• Provide expertise in industrial hygiene, health, and safety to site operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory, permit, and company requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% for corporate auditing needs.
• Strong consultation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
