What you will do

• Lead EHS programs to ensure strict compliance with corporate standards and government regulations.
• Collect, analyze, and report EHS data related to chemical emissions, noise levels, and waste.
• Identify operational hazards, assess risks, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and audit programs.
• Manage permits and coordinate with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
• Support emergency response and lead the site during safety incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of manufacturing-related EHS experience.
• Expertise in managing hazardous waste and hazardous materials transportation.
• Proven ability to perform EHS gap assessments and prioritize findings.
• Experience writing clear, concise site EHS programs and conducting regulatory training.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
