Salary: $81,000 - $105,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with the EHS Manager to develop and implement environmental, health, and safety compliance programs.
• Conduct site inspections, EHS auditing, and lead 8D root cause incident investigations.
• Maintain injury/illness recordkeeping, manage Workers Compensation claims, and prepare government reports.
• Deliver and track EHS training programs and chair safety committees and awareness programs.
• Coordinate hazard communication, MSDS directories, and emergency response/evacuation planning.
• Execute QMS standard processes and maintain all required documentation specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Chemistry, or related field with 3+ years of experience (or 5+ years of experience with a high school diploma/GED).
• Basic knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment, including days, nights, or weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in a plant environment.
