TL;DR

Sales Planner (Ad Sales): Developing strategic media proposals and managing inventory for a diverse portfolio of linear and streaming assets with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and data accuracy. Focus on building effective flight plans, addressing client needs, and ensuring optimal delivery performance across the One Platform ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly + sales incentive compensation eligible.

What you will do

  • Create strategic One Platform sales proposals in response to RFPs.
  • Build and maintain linear media plans, flight plans, and schedule units across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and inventory availability.
  • Manage cancellation and expansion options while generating revised media plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency and advertiser partners.
  • Respond to internal requests regarding inventory, ad products, and research.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in media sales or buying.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid understanding of media math and audience metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.
