What you will do

• Provide daily direction and workload prioritization for inventory and distribution activities.
• Supervise, train, and develop the inventory team to ensure high performance and skill growth.
• Oversee cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and discrepancy resolution to maintain system accuracy.
• Manage inventory locations, picking efficiency, and warehouse organization.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to resolve inventory issues and drive process improvements.
• Conduct safety oversight, risk assessments, and maintain departmental records.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles including cycle counting and root cause analysis.
• Experience with warehouse and distribution operations such as receiving, picking, and shipping.
• Proficiency with inventory systems (ERP/WMS) and reporting tools.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to coach team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work onsite in Mocksville, North Carolina.
