What you will do

• Plan, approve, and route shipments to optimize equipment utilization and service performance.
• Monitor workflow systems and determine appropriate actions for order releases and adjustments.
• Collaborate with agents, van operators, and internal partners on route and order assignments.
• Develop creative solutions for express, non-standard, or complex orders.
• Maximize line haul revenue while maintaining visibility into available capacity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations, including DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas.
• Ability to work within legacy systems while remaining open to process changes.

Nice to have

• Experience with routing, load planning, or capacity management.
• Solid math skills, including cubic footage and space planning.
