What you will do

• Process commercial and government shipments using ERP systems and third-party portals.
• Review military contracts for SPI compliance and packaging requirements.
• Coordinate freight bookings and obtain transportation quotes from carriers.
• Prepare export documentation and shippers' declarations for dangerous goods.
• Conduct cycle counts on government property and analyze inventory discrepancies.
• Operate material-handling equipment and maintain 5S standards.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required due to government contract regulations.
• 3-5 years of related experience in transportation or materials management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and general computer skills.
• Knowledge of commercial and government shipping regulations (CFR49, IATA, ICAO).
• Ability to interpret product drawings for packaging and transportation.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
