TL;DR

Sales Development Manager (SaaS): Leading and scaling a high-performing team of SDRs to drive qualified pipeline generation with an accent on outbound prospecting, account-based motions, and operational rigor. Focus on coaching team members, refining GTM strategies, and articulating the value proposition to finance and accounting executives.

Location: Must be based in Boston

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Hire, manage, and mentor a growing team of 6-10 SDRs.
  • Drive high-quality pipeline generation through outbound, inbound, and account-based strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on GTM strategies.
  • Establish operational frameworks and performance management metrics.
  • Execute new outreach approaches including campaigns, events, and case studies.
  • Assess prospect needs using a consultative approach.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Boston.
  • Proven experience managing SDR or BDR teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs and conversion funnels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and switch between strategy and execution.
