IT Support Specialist (Middle): Providing onsite and remote technical support for employee workstations, network services, and enterprise software with an accent on troubleshooting hardware, OS environments, and Active Directory. Location: Must be based in Maryland (Hybrid; 1-2 days per week in the office)
Salary: $75,000–$90,000

What you will do
- Support employee workstations, applications, network services, software, and peripherals.
- Manage and provision new employee hardware including workstations and mobile devices.
- Resolve technical issues through an internal ticketing system to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for internal IT processes.
- Collaborate with regional IT team members on enterprise-wide software and service deployments.
- Provide technical support for network devices, servers, and third-party services.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of direct IT-related work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and Microsoft client/server OS environments.
- Proficiency in Active Directory (LDAP) and Group Policy concepts.
- Strong IP network troubleshooting skills including WAN/LAN, VPN, and VoIP.
- Experience with asset management and mobile device troubleshooting (iOS/Android).
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Maryland.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of engineering applications like AutoCAD or Revit.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI.
