What you will do

• Own IT support for 38+ Northstar ERP club instances.
• Manage Enterfusion POS systems, including hardware, software, and configuration.
• Act as the technical bridge between club operations and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Azure Data Lake.
• Oversee technology onboarding for new club acquisitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with General Managers to proactively resolve technical issues.
• Travel to club locations (~25%) for hands-on support and system rollouts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support within multi-site or hospitality environments.
• Proven experience supporting ERP or POS platforms.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts including FTP/SFTP, SaaS ecosystems, and APIs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
