What you will do

• Own IT support for 38+ Northstar club instances, the core ERP running operations.
• Support Enterfusion POS systems including hardware, software, integrations, and configuration.
• Act as technical connector between club operations and enterprise tools like Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, HotSchedules, Craftable, MaintainX, and DocuSign.
• Manage club technology onboarding as the portfolio grows.
• Build relationships with General Managers and club leadership to proactively solve problems.
• Travel ~25% to club properties for hands-on support, training, and system rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT support with multi-site or hospitality environment experience
• ERP or POS platform support experience; Northstar knowledge is a major plus
• Comfortable with integration concepts: FTP/SFTP transfers, SaaS ecosystems, API environments
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
• Willing and able to travel ~25% across US club portfolio
