What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and macOS platforms.
• Support enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra.
• Manage user account provisioning, workstation setup, and mobile device configuration.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions within the help desk system.
• Collaborate on IT projects to improve service delivery and system reliability.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience with Intune and ticketing systems such as Zendesk or ServiceNow.
• Must provide a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
• Ability to travel or work onsite up to 5% annually.
