What you will do

• Process user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning in accordance with established policies.
• Provide end-user support for authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and password resets.
• Manage IAM incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support access reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives by validating user access and maintaining RBAC.
• Collaborate with IAM, IT, and business teams to improve security processes and deliver reliable identity services.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, IAM operations, service desk, or systems administration.
• Experience supporting Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Proficiency in identity management concepts including SSO, MFA, and role-based access control.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
