What you will do

• Provide troubleshooting support for conditioning and filtration products via phone and email.
• Assist customers with the installation and setup of residential and commercial equipment.
• Process warranty replacements and manage post-sales order documentation.
• Utilize CRM software to document and manage customer needs and concerns.
• Act as a subject matter expert for both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or around Fort Worth, TX for occasional office visits.
• Technical and mechanical experience in resolving product performance issues.
• Associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience with residential and commercial water filtration systems preferred.
• Master Water Specialist certification is highly desirable.
