What you will do

• Plan and oversee day-to-day project workstreams, managing teams of analysts and consultants.
• Conduct market sizing, business model development, and quantitative analyses.
• Lead primary and secondary research, including survey design and expert interviews.
• Synthesize complex findings into executive-level narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery of innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal firm-building initiatives.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proven managerial experience in a consulting or relevant business environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex business problems.
