Entry Level ATM Electrical Engineer (Controls/Automation): Developing electrical and automation solutions involving power, discrete controls, process systems, instrumentation, drives, DCS, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics with an accent on accurate CAD-based project delivery. Focus on executing engineering work under experienced guidance, coordinating with project teams and customers, and supporting customer startups that may require extended travel and hours.
Location: On-site in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. Travel up to 25%; customer startups may require long-distance travel and extended hours for up to 14 consecutive days.
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonuses and a U.S.-based benefits package.

What you will do
- Develop electrical and automation engineering solutions for client projects.
- Work with power, discrete controls, process systems, instrumentation, drives, DCS, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Use CAD and collaborate with project leaders to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
- Coordinate with coworkers, supervisors, project teams, project leaders, and customers.
- Identify and resolve issues, provide needed project resources, and drive deliverables to completion.
- Support customer startups, including taking measurements around machinery and working in shop and manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- Entry-level profile with up to 3 years of experience in controls or automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable engineering discipline.
- Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
- Ability to execute work thoroughly, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to walk long distances, maneuver around machinery for measurements, and work extended hours during customer startups.
