What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial pecting to final contracting.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within Salesforce.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Articulate the value proposition of solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate internally with R&D, marketing, and product teams to refine positioning and demos.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in SaaS software solutions for airlines.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Global mindset with willingness to work across cultures and time zones.
