What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial hirify.globalpecting to final contracting.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within Salesforce.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate internally with R&D, marketing, and product teams to refine positioning and demos.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in SaaS software solutions for airlines.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing long sales cycles.
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Global mindset with willingness to work across cultures and time zones.
