What you will do

• Oversee daily accounts payable activities including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to resolve invoice and cost-allocation issues.
• Maintain and update A/P systems such as SAP, SDI, and Namirial.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide guidance on recurring A/P issues and manage vendor sub-ledger activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and the optimization of financial tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on A/P.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Strong familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Ability to work onsite in Milan, Italy.
