Senior Accountant AP Shared Service (Accounts Payable)

Salary: €2,600–€3,100 gross per month

What you will do

• Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, supplier statements, and supplier master data.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial reports.
• Support and coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances while collaborating with finance teams, business units, auditors, and service providers.
• Maintain financial data integrity in ERP systems and act as a key user for system enhancements.
• Improve internal controls, accounting procedures, standardization, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Coupa, or equivalent.
• Experience in a global or shared services environment.
• Ability to support financial, statutory, tax, regulatory, and audit reporting.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is preferred.
