Salary: $115,000 – $153,000

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and leave administration across the US and Canada.
- Ensure Workday data integrity for the North American population to optimize experiences for employees and payroll.
- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries, resolving issues directly or escalating to PBPs and Legal.
- Coordinate with Payroll on lifecycle transactions to ensure clear handoffs and reliable deadlines.
- Analyze and redesign inefficient workflows by implementing automation and smarter design.
- Build compliance documentation and E-Verify workflows to support federal government contract requirements.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations with a focus on North American lifecycles.
- Proven experience administering HR operations across multiple US states and Canadian provinces.
- Fluency in US multi-state employment law, including at-will frameworks and state-specific leave entitlements.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM, specifically in executing lifecycle transactions and maintaining data integrity.
- Experience with FedRAMP or federal contractor compliance, including E-Verify and OFCCP recordkeeping.
- U.S. Person status is required for access to export-controlled information.

- Experience with Canadian provincial employment standards.
- Workday business process configuration or process design experience.
- Experience working in hypergrowth or AI-native environments.
- Active use of AI tools to enhance daily People Operations work.
