Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $34.61–$43.27 per hour (approx. $72,000–$90,000 annually)

What you will do

  • Support employee and contractor lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across People systems.
  • Serve as the primary HR Operations point of contact for the Provider Activation team.
  • Triage and resolve routine People Ops inquiries while escalating complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and process guides for HR Operations.
  • Identify patterns in recurring requests to inform process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage follow-through on tasks.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and comfort learning new software tools.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
