HR Operations Manager (HR Operations): Managing end-to-end HR operational processes and technology to support the employee lifecycle with an accent on process standardization, automation, and AI integration. Location: Must be based in San Mateo, CA and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
Salary: $132,600 - $215,400 USD

What you will do
- Own end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle to ensure compliant and efficient service delivery.
- Drive process standardization and maintain global SOPs while identifying opportunities for automation.
- Optimize HR technology, including Workday and Freshservice, to streamline workflows and improve the employee experience.
- Incorporate AI-powered capabilities into HR processes to improve productivity and deliver data-driven insights.
- Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Payroll, IT, Legal, and HR Business Partners to deliver scalable HR solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR Operations or Shared Services experience, preferably in a global technology company.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, specifically Workday, and HR case management systems.
- Experience with AI-enabled HR tools and workflow automation.
- Deep understanding of the Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
- Must be able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA three days per week.
