What you will do

• Own the Workday roadmap, prioritizing builds and configuration as the business scales globally.
• Design and configure security groups, business processes, and core HCM modules for long-term scalability.
• Establish data governance and access control standards to ensure audit and compliance readiness.
• Act as the primary technical resource for Workday, balancing speed, compliance, and platform health.
• Partner with the People Systems Engineer to design integrations between Workday and other tools in the People stack.
• Manage platform stability and release management, driving proactive system improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS or People systems roles with direct Workday experience.
• Deep expertise in HCM configuration, security groups, and business process design.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
• Strong commitment to data accuracy and high governance standards.
• Experience managing a large-scale platform independently.
• Ability to use AI tools in daily workflows to increase efficiency.
