Public Sector Account Executive (SLED)

Location: Must be based in New York or the DMV Area

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year

What you will do

• Generate and qualify leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions and utilize MEDDPICC for accurate forecasting.
• Negotiate pricing, packaging, and contractual terms for significant transactions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet legal, security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage sales activities and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Engage existing customers to drive referrals and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York or the DMV Area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically within data privacy or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience selling to SLED markets.
• Demonstrable track record of consistent quota attainment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
