Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 OTE (50/50 split)

What you will do
- Drive new business and re-engage dormant accounts across your assigned territory.
- Build and manage a strong, consistent sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, email, networking, demos).
- Articulate a clear and compelling value proposition around security awareness and human risk management.
- Forecast accurately and manage your territory strategically.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of software sales experience (SMB experience preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- Confidence with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Familiarity with IT security concepts is advantageous.
- Experience using Salesforce and Google Workspace.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Security+ or Network+ certifications are a bonus, but not essential.
