Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead readiness and adoption strategies for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder needs, and adoption risks across various business functions.
• Design executive-ready messaging and communication artifacts to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Partner with HR, communications, and business leaders to align messaging and leadership enablement.
• Integrate readiness activities into broader program plans, governance routines, and milestone tracking.
• Establish repeatable change management disciplines and templates for future transformation efforts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation enablement, or strategic program delivery.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder alignment and drive adoption in complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex change into actionable messaging.
• Demonstrated operational discipline and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews in New York.
• High degree of judgment and comfort operating in dynamic, evolving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working within an enterprise transformation office or strategy function.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci and ADKAR.
• Experience building repeatable change and readiness practices.
