What you will do

• Support design and layout teams throughout the analog IP development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with circuit implementation experts to optimize design flows and methodologies.
• Drive the qualification and development of industry-leading EDA tools including Virtuoso, Pegasus, and Quantus.
• Develop and integrate AI-driven infrastructure to enhance design efficiency and circuit quality.
• Perform complex analyses including EM/IR, thermal, and reliability checks for 2.5D and 3D ICs.
• Act as an internal customer to provide feedback and tailor software solutions to engineering needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (BSEE or MSEE).
• Proven experience in Analog CAD support.
• Strong understanding of circuit design and layout design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as part of a collaborative, innovative team.
