hirify.global's Signal Integrity Products group designs analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for high-performance optical and electrical networks, including hyperscale data centers, 5G wireless, fiber-to-the-home, and AI networking systems.

What you will do

• Design high-speed IC products from concept through manufacture and volume production.
• Establish architectures and circuits for high-performance systems operating at 200 Gb/s and beyond.
• Lead technical delivery of high-performance IC designs and assess product feasibility.
• Design, verify, evaluate, and optimize high-speed analog circuits using advanced CMOS and BiCMOS technologies.
• Prepare technical reviews and product documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, applications, product, and test engineering teams while mentoring less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in high-speed IC, analog, mixed-signal, or RF design.
• Expertise in high-speed CMOS and BiCMOS analog circuits operating beyond 200 Gb/s.
• Deep knowledge of RF concepts, device models, parasitics, device physics, and analog circuit theory.
• Experience with equalizers, VCOs, PLLs, CDRs, TIAs, laser drivers, and SerDes in mixed-signal ICs.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, RF modeling tools such as EMX or HFSS, and high-speed laboratory equipment.
• BSc degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering; a master's degree or PhD is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Matlab or other system modeling software.
• High-speed or RF IC design experience from communications or other applications.
