What you will do

• Review art proofs and sew-out samples against order specifications to approve or reject production.
• Establish and enforce quality standards with third-party decorator partners.
• Perform final shipping inspections to identify defects like loose threads, puckering, or placement errors.
• Document quality metrics, defect trends, and audit trails in digital systems.
• Collaborate with the Order Management team to address rush orders and delivery risks.
• Conduct daily audits and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement in production quality.

Requirements

• Must be able to work fully on-site in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
• 2+ years of experience in embroidery production or quality control.
• Hands-on knowledge of embroidery standards including stitch quality, density, and color accuracy.
• Proficiency with embroidery software such as Wilcom, Tajima, or Hatch.
• Experience with Cadence, Printavo, and Google Sheets.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
