• Set a clear technical roadmap and communicate it across the organization.
• Manage and grow a group of engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Drive complex, multi-team initiatives from design through delivery.
• Own reliability and performance for systems in the critical path.
• Partner with product and design leaders to align technical direction with business priorities.
• Integrate modern tools and AI-assisted development to increase team leverage.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Significant experience managing engineering managers or multiple teams.
• Deep hands-on experience with distributed systems, high-scale infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Track record of owning major technical migrations or infrastructure initiatives end to end.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical tradeoffs for executive stakeholders.
• Bias toward action and delivering complex projects.
