Location: Must reside within commutable distance to Mississauga, Ontario

Salary: $152,000 - $174,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers to deliver high-quality software.
  • Champion an AI-first culture to enhance product performance and team efficiency.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to own technical design and architecture decisions.
  • Partner with product managers to align development with business priorities.
  • Lead operational excellence efforts to ensure system reliability and support customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of software development experience with recent experience as a Development Manager or Team Lead.
  • Solid experience with the full software development life cycle.
  • Strong background in Java, Python, Spring, and SQL.
  • Deep understanding of Agile practices and enterprise software design.
  • Must reside within commutable distance to the Mississauga office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Java Web Applications, Servlets, and JSP.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies and frameworks in software solutions.
