What you will do

  • Map end-to-end GTM processes and model their connection to ARR outcomes through data analysis and interviews with Sales, CS, and SDR functions.
  • Design and drive controlled experiments from hypothesis to result to identify and prove incremental revenue growth opportunities.
  • Manage AI infrastructure and conduct ROI analysis for regional AI use cases, including the development of value-creating agents.
  • Lead specific strategic projects such as TAM expansion, TAM coverage, and Pre-Pipeline Measurement to contribute to New Logo attainment.
  • Develop and maintain a Market Insights engine to capture signals from customer- and partner-facing teams.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to build tracking models and dashboards for experiment impact and process health.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, GTM operations, or consulting, ideally within SaaS revenue models.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to build models and translate complex numbers into a commercial story.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to run multiple simultaneous workstreams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to secure buy-in for new initiatives across different functions.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action.
  • Must be based in the UK or Israel.

Nice to have

  • Experience running A/B tests or structured experiments in a business context.
  • Background in strategy building and/or business intelligence.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates.
