• Drive GTM operating cadences including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop GTM strategy and resource plans.
• Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales team performance.
• Lead strategic projects to improve efficiency across the revenue organization.
• Partner with technical teams to implement systematic processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and availability for all revenue-related activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience building territories, compensation plans, and setting quotas.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.
