What you will do
- Manage and implement the GTM technology stack across marketing automation, CRM, and reporting systems.
- Develop and optimize GTM workflows and procedures to streamline cross-functional execution.
- Establish lead and pipeline management processes to ensure a seamless customer funnel.
- Analyze GTM performance metrics to provide actionable insights across the revenue funnel.
- Own GTM data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting across all systems.
- Coordinate GTM initiatives, including campaigns, pipeline reviews, and forecasting support.
Requirements
- BS degree in Business, Marketing, or 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms, data enrichment, and lead/account routing tools.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and reporting/BI tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
